About Chris:  Chris started with MaxMedia Radio in 2005 when he teamed up with long-time play-by-play announcer, Jack Burns, broadcasting Selinsgrove Seals Football.  His duties expanded with work as a color analyst for Selinsgrove Basketball and High School Softball, as well as guest spots on other local shows.

Chirs continues to provide color commentary on the ESPN92.3 High School Football Game of the Week as well as High School basketball and softball broadcasts.

In 2011, Chris teamed up with Chad Evans as one of the “C’s” in C & C Sports Factory that airs every Friday night from 6-7 pm.  Then in August of 2011, WVSL launched “Valley Sports Live” with Chris co-hosting along side Josh Beddall. “Valley Sports Live” airs every Sunday morning at 11 AM and focuses on local high school and college sports. In 2012, Valley Sports Live added a nemesis for Josh, his brother Ryan. Chris and the Beddall boys enjoy supporting the area high school and college teams on "Valley Sports Live".

A native of the Susquehanna Valley and graduate of both Milton High School and Penn State University, Chris enjoys following local high school sports and is a football season-ticket holder for the Nittany Lions. He, his wife Kathi, and two daughters reside in Selinsgrove.

Favorite Sports Teams: Penn State, North Carolina Basketball, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Phillies 

About Josh:  Co-host of Valley Sports Live with Chris Schmouder and his brother Ryan. Josh also contributes as the Sideline Reporter for the ESPN92.3 High School Football Game of the Week.

Josh was born and raised in the Susquehanna Valley. He is a graduate of Selinsgrove High School, where he was a member of the football, basketball, and baseball teams. After his senior year, he was named the Lower Anthracite Athlete of the Year by the Reading Eagle. He was a member of the Bloomsburg University baseball team before graduating with a history degree. Josh then began his coaching career at Susquehanna University with the football and baseball programs while earning his teaching certificate. Throughout his schooling he has been a PIAA basketball official

Josh currently lives in Lewisburg with his wife, Courtney. He is a teacher in the Shikellamy School District. 

Favorite Teams: Notre Dame football, Duke basketball, Cleveland Browns, San Francisco Giants

About Ryan: Co-host of Valley Sports Live with Chris Shmouder and Josh Beddall and co-host of the Friday Night Scoreboard Show during the high school football season.  

Ryan was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA and moved to Selinsgrove as a young child when his father began teaching and coaching at Selinsgrove Area High School.  He played football, basketball, and baseball for the Seals and then went on to The University of Scranton, earning his bachelor’s degree in education and then later earned his master’s degree from Wilkes University.  

Ryan currently lives in Selinsgrove with his wife Becky, two daughters, Morgan and Alison, and one son, Jacob, and he teaches English at Mifflinburg Area High School.  He enjoys anything that is competitive and particularly enjoys beating his brother at anything!

Favorite Sports Teams:  NEW YORK YANKEES,  NOTRE DAME FIGHTIN IRISH Football, NORTH CAROLINA TAR HEELS basketball, and anyone on his fantasy football or baseball teams!
